Customer-entered credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission to a credit card authorization service; if the dollar amount of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our online software and forwarded to our merchant banking account for processing.  

SALA-DFSP customer service representatives do not receive credit card numbers. 

For your security, we do not and you should not include your credit card information in any e-mail related to customer purchases. 

Despite the high level of security available at this site, some individuals may still be uncomfortable about conducting online financial transactions.   For these individuals, we provide other methods of conducting financial transactions, including mail, FAX, and in-person at our Mission Hills, CA headquarters.
